DECASULT is assisting the National Bank’s real-estate subsidiary, Immobilière Banque Nationale, in the management of this important project, which heralds the bank’s return to its historic origins on Saint-Jacques Street. This is a unique and prestigious signature project for the National Bank’s new head office.
This 40-storey, nearly 200 m high building will be among the tallest office towers in downtown Montreal. The project also includes the development of a public urban park of nearly 4,000 m2. The project’s sustainable development objectives are also reflected in its LEED NC Gold certification.
The interior layout of the building prioritizes the well-being of its occupants, by promoting collaborative, open and bright workspaces. In addition to open-floor office space, the project includes, among other things, a multifunctional room, a cafeteria with an outdoor terrace, a daycare, a fitness center, indoor bicycle parking with changing rooms and showers, as well as a outdoor garden at the top of the building.
This project is currently under construction and will be delivered for occupancy in 2023
