Foundation of DECASULT

Gabriel Chiniara, architect, incorporates the firm which will one day become DECASULT. Former President of the Project Management InstitutePMI’s (PMI) Montreal chapter, Mr. Chiniara has devoted a great portion of his more than 40-year career to the promotion of best practices of Project Management in the Quebec construction industry.

Independent firm specialized in Project Management

This year was born the firm such as it is known today, now concentrating its activities solely on management of construction projects.

Diversification of the ownership group

A shareholders’ agreement struck with some of its members diversifies DECASULT’s ownership group and increases the number of partners. This change to the firm’s corporate structure is made in order to consolidate and perpetuate its activities for the long term.

Growth and a new milestone

On the strength of its continued growth, DECASULT leaves the only address it has ever known, to relocate to the 32nd floor of the KPMG Tower in downtown Montreal, from this high perch, it can better contemplate the bright future ahead.
