333 Sherbrooke is a prestigious residential complex located near Square St-Louis, in downtown Montreal, in one of the city’s historic and popular neighborhood.
The completed project encompasses nearly 200 condominium units within a series of four and ten-storey buildings. In addition to being located in a sought-after area, the project also has unique features such as a cantilevered suspended swimming pool at the rooftop level, on a terrace extending between the project’s two towers, as well as a semi-private public square, set back from Sherbrooke Street.
DECASULT was initially entrusted in 2006 with a due diligence mandate to report on the project’s construction progress after completion of its first phase, during a change of ownership. Once this transaction concluded, the new owners also entrusted the firm with the project’s management and management of its construction activities for the remaining phases 2 and 3.
