DECASULT, as a member of the Groupement TDC consortium, was part of the Master Project Management team for the completion of this major modernization and expansion project of the renowned CHU Sainte-Justine children’s hospital. This large-scale project is characterized by its complexity, in terms of planning and execution logistics on a site neighboring an active hospital operating continuously throughout this project.
This LEED-certified project sought to provide the necessary infrastructure for academic medicine of the 21st century, the main components of which were a knowledge and research center, housing specialized and ultra-specialized care units, the upgrading and redevelopment of existing facilities, as well as the construction of a new underground parking facility.
