The CHUM Research Center was inaugurated in 2014. It boasts a 6-storey tower and a 15-storey tower linked by a walkway that passes over the Ville-Marie Expressway and the Champ-de-Mars metro station tunnel. This mandate was the first phase of a larger project involving the new CHUM site in downtown Montréal.
The Research Center complex is used by more than 1,300 individuals in the healthcare research field who were previously scattered across six different sites.

PRIMARY CHALLENGES
- The CRCHUM was one of the first public infrastructure projects delivered as a public private partnership (PPP) in Quebec, as was the independent certification mandate entrusted to Decasult. As a result, this project caught the attention of the public and public authorities.
