A unique and prestigious signature project in the heart of Montréal’s business district. This 40-storey building is almost 200 m high and is one of the largest office towers in downtown Montréal. This mandate also involved the development of a public urban park of close to 4,000 sq. m. at the foot of the tower. The project’s sustainable development objectives are aiming for LEED NC Gold certification.
This project has won prestigious awards and distinctions, including, for DECASULT, PMI-Montréal’s 2024 Élixir Award for PROJECT OF THE YEAR for excellence in project management.

PRIMARY CHALLENGES
- Construction phase significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic (temporary site closure decreed by public health authorities and challenging health measures introduced after work resumed).
- Project complexity due to the subdivision of this project into three distinct sub-projects which included collaborating with several designers.
- Respecting the various timelines for workspace availability in the new headquarters was essential to ensure that all NBC employees and the management team could resume work as planned.
