PRIMARY CHALLENGES
- Strict delivery timeline with a fixed completion date for construction work to allow the equipment supplier to begin the installation work and follow a predetermined sequence.
- Coordination with the equipment supplier, a European designer and provider of automated conveyor systems and pallet unloaders.
- Creation of an elevated walkway that links the primary warehouse to the new extension.
