PRIMARY CHALLENGES
- The MUHC Glen site is the largest public infrastructure project delivered in a collaborative mode in Quebec and one of the province’s first public private partnerships (PPP).
- The independent certification mandate entrusted to DECASULT was also one of the first of its kind for a public infrastructure project in Quebec.
