The New Hospital Complex (NCH) project is a major hospital project, subject to the Directive sur la gestion des projets majeurs d’infrastructure publique (Directive on the Management of Major Public Infrastructure Projects), which will bring together the activities of the Hôtel-Dieu de Québec and the Hôpital de l’Enfant-Jésus on a single site in the Hauterive district of Québec City. Once completed, the NCH will enable the relocation of the clinical activities of L’Hôtel-Dieu de Québec and the partial renovation of the Hôpital de l’Enfant-Jésus.
In partnership with the firm Strategia Conseil from Québec City, DECASULT was selected to develop the opportunity file for this project.
