Construction of an original concept shopping centre with stores and parking on three levels on the intersection of Highway 40 and Boulevard Viau in Montréal’s Saint-Léonard borough.
DECASULT supported the project developer as a primary project manager during the parallel design and execution phases in order to ensure the promised delivery timeline was respected. This project obtained LEED Gold certification.
