  • Establish a mechanism for managing conflicts of interest and transparency in business practices and relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.

Implementation and monitoring: Our policy is reviewed annually and enforced by an internal ESG committee. Communications and training are provided to employees to ensure their engagement, and results are reported annually to management and stakeholders.
